2. Data collection:

The GDPR (General Regulations for the Protection of Personal Data) induces compliance, a commitment on the part of companies, which consists of developing services taking into account, from the design stage, the protection of privacy and data personal nature of users.

Its objective is to minimize data collection, request as little as possible and guarantee its security. In this way, only data that is adequate, relevant and limited to the purpose of their processing should be processed. This is why, when you submit your personal data to us, your consent is requested for us to use it.

We collect the personal data that you provide to us when you create an account or make a payment on the Agenda Network. The information that we ask you to register on the site is essential for this processing.
Some information is optional, if you do not want us to collect it, please do not complete it.
If you provide sensitive data, by giving it you explicitly consent to it being used for the purposes for which it was given.

3. What is your data used for?

We may use this data to protect your rights, improve our website and add new features, keep it free, etc. For this purpose, we may also use the anonymous data that we collect and compile. solely for statistical purposes.

3.1 Use of data for marketing purposes

We present advertising banners which are based on products that you may have seen while browsing other sites.
This technology is based on the deposit of a cookie, a small text file saved (temporarily most of the time) on your computer or mobile device, then retrieved during your subsequent visits. The data used for this purpose remains anonymous.

ALLIANCEEVENT, audience Cookies are placed by our own program and stored internally for the purpose of measuring the audience for the different contents and sections of our site, in order to evaluate them and better organize them.

These Cookies also make it possible, if necessary, to detect navigation problems and therefore to improve the ergonomics of our services.

These Cookies only produce anonymous statistics and traffic volumes, excluding any individual information. The lifespan of these audience measurement Cookies does not exceed 13 months.

c.Advertising cookies

Advertising Cookies are issued by our managed partners, in the advertising spaces of our site, the exploitation of these spaces contributing to the financing of the content and services that we make available to you free of charge.

They are submitted by our partners as part of advertising partnerships under the terms of which the agencies may be required to collect data concerning the content consulted on our site, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 1978.

These Cookies allow:

  • Firstly, to count the total number of advertisements displayed in our advertising spaces, to identify these advertisements, their respective number of displays, the number of users who clicked on each advertisement and, if applicable, subsequent actions made by these users on the pages to which these advertisements lead, in order to calculate the sums due to the actors in the advertising distribution chain (communication agency, advertising agency, distribution site/media) and to establish statistics.

  • To adapt the advertising content displayed on your terminal in our advertising spaces, according to the navigation of your terminal on our site, or, where applicable, according to the location data (longitude and latitude) transmitted by your terminal with your prior agreement (behavioral advertising).

This way, you can view the advertising that seems most suited to your anonymous usage profile of your terminal.

  • To limit the number of times you see the same advertisement on the same medium and to adapt the advertising content displayed on your terminal in our advertising spaces according to the personal data that you could have voluntarily provided (advertising targeting). The lifespan of these Advertising Cookies does not exceed 13 months.

d. “Social Network” Cookies

“Social Network” Cookies allow us to share content from our site with other people or to let these other people know about your consultation or your opinion regarding content on the site.
This is, in particular, the case of the “share”, “I like” buttons from the social networks “facebook” or “twitter”. The social network providing this type of application button is likely to identify you using it, even if you did not use it when visiting our site.

We invite you to consult the privacy protection policies of these social networks in order to be aware of the purposes of use, particularly advertising, of the browsing information that they can collect using these application buttons. The lifespan of these Cookies does not exceed 13 months.

b.Refuse a Cookie issued by a social network

6.2 Connected data utility

Google ID and account:
This right allows us to obtain the Google ID of your Google account as well as your useful information which allows us to carry out transparent authentication with our servers.
They allow us to identify you so that you can retrieve your preferences on all your mobile devices. It will also allow us to provide you with personalized services (ad-free application if you subscribe).

Location data:
for certain features of the application, you authorize us to locate you. This agreement will allow us to offer you the events closest to you. Location is achieved either by using internal GPS or by triangulating nearby Mobile or Wi-Fi networks.

Please note that communications from the mobile application to our data servers are carried out encrypted and secure.

b. Navigation on ALLIANCEEVENT

Self-login cookie:
this cookie saves your connection information on ALLIANCEEVENT

Session cookie:
this type of cookie also allows you to store your connection credentials, but it also keeps the session “active”, from one site visit to another. You no longer have to reconnect each time.

A cookie is neither dangerous for you nor for your navigation support. You can manage their use at any time by configuring your web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.). Collecting your IP and location:
they are mainly used to limit possible abuse or use of ALLIANCEEVENT going against the law and/or respect for private life. This data is only stored temporarily, for a period never exceeding more than one hour. No history is recorded.

The processing of this data can also provide statistical details (type of media used to browse and type of browser). These audience calculation tools allow us to facilitate your use of the site by adapting it, for example, to your browsing habits and preferences.

Your email :
it is also collected in order to control, limit and avoid possible connection abuse or when visiting the site. This data is only stored temporarily and no history is recorded.

vs. Registration

Your email :
it allows us to contact you, answer your questions and inform you of new services or their modification.

d. Announcement submission

Location of the event:
The Agendas Network uses geographic location technology. This data is used to promote proximity and allow users of the site to locate you. The location of a street is necessary to help locate the neighborhood in which the event takes place, particularly when it is a large city.

Your telephone contact details:
Optional, they can still help us contact you directly if we have difficulty reaching you by email. The contact details also allow exhibitors to contact you directly to reserve a space.

Your email :
As with your telephone contact details, they allow you to be contacted in the event of difficulty. It also allows exhibitors to contact you via ALLIANCEEVENT messaging.

e. Emails and Notifications

Your email: it is necessary for sending notifications, particularly when you create alerts on your account or wish to unsubscribe from an ALLIANCEEVENT service.

f. Messaging

Your messages are not private, administrators can have access to this data:

  • For the purposes of moderation in the event of a dispute

  • To protect you from any infringement of your user rights

  • To have a history of exchanges to be able to respond to you better

g. Request for organizer contact details

Your IP address:
it is mainly used to control and limit possible abuse or use of the Agenda Network going against the law and/or respect for private life.

Your email :
as well as for your IP address, we collect the sender's email address in order to control and limit possible abuse or use of the Calendar Network going against the law and/or respect for private life.

h. Reports

Your email :
it allows administrators to contact you again if details are necessary to process your report or to give you a response.

i. Contact the site

Your email:
When you send us a contact message, your email allows us to contact you again and, possibly, send you information concerning ALLIANCEEVENT (newsletter, etc.).

j. Golden Book

Your city:
This information is optional for the guestbook, but it allows Internet users to locate the geographic origin of users who post a review in the guestbook.

k. Purchases on the store

Your email, address, city, first and last name:
This data, which is collected when you make a payment on the store, allows us to establish an order form and bill the subscribed service.

This data cannot be deleted.

L. Account deletion

Data from accounts deleted for more than fifteen days is automatically anonymized to be archived.
